PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This offer is the official offer of the online store BukaStars, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", to conclude an agreement for the sale of goods remotely, that is, through the online store, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", published on the official website https://bukastars.shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
1.2. By clicking the "Add to Cart" button, the Buyer, regardless of status (individual, legal entity, or entrepreneur), accepts the terms of this public offer agreement in accordance with Ukrainian law.
1.3. This public offer agreement is public; its conditions are the same for all buyers. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the order process, payment terms, liability for improper orders, and any failure to comply with this Agreement.
1.4. The contract is concluded at the moment the Buyer clicks "Add to Cart". At the Buyer’s request, a simple written contract can also be issued.
1.5. BukaStars carries out sales and deliveries worldwide.
1.6. All retail sales follow the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".
1.7. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms full acceptance of this Agreement.


CONCEPTS AND DEFINITIONS

  • Product – clothing, accessories, and related items.

  • Internet store / Website – a platform for presenting and selling products via electronic transactions.

  • Seller – BukaStars, the company selling the goods.

  • Buyer – the individual or entity entering into this Agreement with the Seller.

  • Order – selection of goods specified by the Buyer, placed via the Website, and paid for.


SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

3.1. The Seller transfers ownership of the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer pays for and accepts the goods under this Agreement.
This Agreement governs the purchase and sale of goods, including:

  • Voluntary selection of products by the Buyer;

  • Independent registration of orders;

  • Payment for orders;

  • Processing and delivery under the Agreement.


ORDER PROCEDURE

4.1. Orders can be placed for any in-stock items on the Website.
4.2. Quantities per product may vary.
4.3. If an item is unavailable, the Buyer will be notified via email or phone.
4.4. The Buyer may replace unavailable items with similar products.
4.5. Orders are placed via the "My Cart" button.
4.6. An order is valid if all required fields are completed:

  • Full name

  • Delivery address

  • Contact number

  • Email address

  • Payment method

  • Delivery type


ORDER ACCEPTANCE

5.1. Upon receiving an order, BukaStars verifies product availability and confirms details with the Buyer.
5.2. Buyers may modify or cancel orders before payment confirmation. Once paid, changes are not permitted.


PAYMENT METHODS

  • Cash on delivery via Nova Poshta (Ukraine)

  • Online card payment

  • Payment via Hutko

Note: Fees for COD services are paid by the Buyer. Online payments incur no commission.


DELIVERY

  • In Ukraine: Nova Poshta

  • International: DHL

  • Delivery is considered fulfilled when handed to the carrier; the risk passes to the Buyer.

  • Free delivery applies only to full-price purchases; discounts may void free shipping.

  • Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days, depending on availability.


RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Seller: May terminate services if the Buyer violates this Agreement.
Buyer: Must pay for and receive orders on time.
Buyer: Has the right to place orders, sign an electronic contract, and request fulfillment.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days if items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Shipping costs for returns are paid by the Buyer, except in case of manufacturing defects.

  • Custom, made-to-order, or sale items are non-returnable.

  • Returns and exchanges are processed only via DHL or Nova Poshta.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt.


FORCE MAJEURE

Both parties are released from obligations in case of extraordinary events beyond reasonable control.
