Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for choosing BukaStars.
We’re truly grateful for your trust and support. Our goal is to make sure you love every piece you receive.
If, for any reason, your order isn’t quite right — you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date.

Please note that if you decide to refuse delivery, you’ll be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or return shipping costs. These charges will be deducted from your refund once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse.
We appreciate your understanding.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item has a production defect — in that case, we’ll take care of it.

Please note that made-to-order and customized pieces are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased during Final Sale events are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Worn, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.

  • Multiple parcels from the same order can be returned together.

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed production defect.

How to Return

  1. Email us at shop@bukastars.com.ua with your order number to start the process.

  2. We recommend trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, GLS, FedEx, or InPost.
    (Returns via USPS or Royal Mail may take longer to process.)

  3. Please note that the sender is responsible for both the cost and risk of the return shipment.
    BukaStars cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and has all original tags attached.

  • Exchanges are possible for the same style in a different size, once only.

  • If the requested size is available, we’ll reserve it and ship it after receiving your return.

  • If you’d like to change the color or style, please return the item and place a new order.

  • All items for exchange must be returned in one package.

  • Exchanges can only be accepted from the same country the order was originally shipped to.

Refunds

  • To receive a refund, items must be in perfect condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Made-to-order or customized pieces cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

  • After our quality team approves the return, your refund will be sent to your original payment method.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.

  • If the item doesn’t meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to you.
