Welcome to BukaStars. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information

1.1. These Terms & Conditions represent a public offer between you (the “Customer”) and BukaStars (the “Seller”). By placing an order on bukastars.shop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

1.2. By clicking “Add to Cart” and completing your purchase, you enter into a legally binding agreement in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine and the EU.

1.3. All conditions are the same for every customer and comply with the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” and “On Consumer Rights Protection.”

1.4. The Agreement is considered concluded once your order is submitted through our website.

2. Definitions

  • Product – garments, accessories, and related items sold on bukastars.com

  • Seller – BukaStars online store

  • Buyer / Customer – an individual purchasing products from the Seller

  • Order – products selected by the Customer and confirmed through online checkout

3. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller agrees to transfer the selected goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to pay for and accept the goods under these Terms.

This includes:

  • Selection of products on our website

  • Submission of an order

  • Full payment for selected products

  • Delivery of products to the Buyer

4. Ordering

4.1. Orders can be placed for any item available in stock or made to order.
4.2. Once the order is submitted, our team will confirm availability and contact you if needed.
4.3. If a product is out of stock, we may offer a replacement or refund.
4.4. To ensure smooth processing, please provide accurate information at checkout, including:

  • Full name

  • Delivery address

  • Contact phone number

  • Email address

  • Preferred payment method

5. Payment

5.1. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • Secure online payments via trusted systems (HUTKO)

5.2. All transactions are processed securely. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

6. Delivery

6.1. Domestic shipping (Ukraine) is carried out via Nova Poshta.
6.2. International delivery is carried out via DHL or other reliable couriers.
6.3. Once the parcel is handed over to the delivery service, the responsibility for any loss or damage passes to the Customer.
6.4. Delivery time depends on your location and product availability. Typically:

  • Ukraine: 1–5 business days

  • International: 10–14 business days

7. Returns & Exchanges

7.1. You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging are intact

7.2. Made-to-order, custom, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

7.3. The return shipping cost is covered by the customer unless the item has a production defect.

7.4. Refunds are issued within 14 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.

7.5. If the product was purchased with a discount of 5% or more, delivery and return costs are paid by the customer.

8. Liability

8.1. The Seller is not responsible for:

  • Minor color variations due to monitor differences

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

8.2. In the event of force majeure (e.g., war, natural disasters, transport disruptions), BukaStars cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.

9. Personal Data

By placing an order, the Customer consents to the collection and use of personal data for the purpose of processing and delivering the order, in compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”

10. Amendments

BukaStars reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on bukastars.shop and take effect immediately upon posting.
